Zen Doodles or Zia ???

I don't know what you call this art...I thought I was doing Zentangle and found out it wasn't..in fact some people were a little put off by my calling it that..apparently zentangle is a state of mind and concentration on patterns. My art is a little zen pattern here or there but mostly doodle.. so Zen doodle..or Zia I am told. Whatever i love to do it ,spend hours doodling it is relaxation for me.

 I would rather doodle and color in my designs than  color in Adult coloring Books, which I have done and If i didn't think I can do this myself..I would still be adult coloring but not with those expensive colored pencils and holy cow my grocery budget for the week ultra fine markers. I use sharpie ultra fine point 80's Glam package..Sharpie everything and sargent colored pencils from Hobby Lobby set of 60 for 19.99. So you can make art with cheaper tools..the paper is the most important part..I use heavy white cardstock to draw on..it has a smooth surface doesn't bleed and it works well if you have a particular drawing that you may want to mat and frame.

So this and doing digital art..making paper flowers that I sell on Etsy  Sweet Peas Paper Flowers
and painting rocks, I am pretty covered as being occupied.
